Now that we've had a few guinea pigs... Oops, I mean "guests" stay with us... I thought I should warn, well, "inform" you that staying with us is not like stays you may have had at other B&B's! First and foremost: If you are wearing white gloves, this is not... I repeat...NOT the place for you! (Never a complaint on cleanliness!) It's not that we don't scrub, bleach and boil everything before you come. It's just... We have a cat, a parrot & Bozo, our very large Saint Bernard/Collie mix. (He leaves dust bunnies the size of the Easter Bunny on one run through the house!) And, there is Chip, Bozo's side-kick...a Border Collie/Lab beast, plus Kit & Katrina, two ferret frenzies! We are also a working farm & have children...need I say more? YES! We now have Izzy, who is larger than Bozo... you'll have to see her for yourself! Secondly: Once you've arrived, we think of you as family! We don't exclude you from our "living area", but, we do respect your privacy. Our guest rooms are in the lower level. The family room, kitchenette and bathroom on that level are yours alone to use. We invite you into the main kitchen, dining room & living room on the main level whenever you please! Breakfast is served "family style" and we join you - to eat and chat. If we have a bonfire, please join us. If we have chores, you're invited to do those as well! ;) Finally: If you've read all the way down to here and haven't hit the permanently delete button on your computer, then you're probably going to have as much fun meeting us as we will have meeting you! We can't wait! :) |

| B&B Rates $110(+ tax) per room per night USD (Price based on 2 people @ room.) A cot can be provided for children under age 5. Fee: $25 @ night for extra person.
